EPMA Error "The 'Alias' Dimension Has Been Modified Since The First Successful Deployment Of The Application" (Doc ID 1511223.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Perfromance Management Architect (EPMA) Application validation fails with the following error message:

Error : The 'Alias' dimension has been modified since the first successful deployment of the application. See the Job Console to find out what has changed in this dimension since the first successful deployment of this application.

Changes

The following information can be found in the Library Job console:

Differences found by validation of application
...
Property Changes:
Maximum Allowed Per Application - 1
Minimum Allowed Per Application - 1

These two properties have been changed from 0 to 1 in the new deployment. However if you look the properties for Alias dimension in Dimension Library the properties are not visible.
