You followed the work-around suggested in <note 1473575.1>

You downloaded Process Monitor and used it as follows:

  1. Download the Process Monitor at:  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx
  2. Install the Process Monitor (Un-compress the ProcessMonitor.zip file)
  3. Run the Process Monitor (Execute procmon.exe)
  4. Disable File > Capture Events
  5. Clear the currently displayed events, Edit > Clear Display
  6. Create a Filter, Filter > Filter, where:  Result is PATH NOT FOUND
  7. Enable File > Capture Events
  8. Reproduce the issue (Log in to OBIEE, Navigate to the Briefing Book, Click on PDF)
  9. Match the timestamp of the error in the jh.log / sawlog.log with the Event in the Process Monitor

It was observed that XML Files were being written to the directory: C:\users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\2
