EPM Workspace Agent Service Does Not Remain as "Started" (Doc ID 1515573.1)

Symptoms

The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Agent Service fails, and generates heapdumps and threaddumps.

When it fails the users are unable to login to EPM Workspace.  The following error is returned:

"Could Not Find a Reporting and Analysis Server Running on <servername> at Port 6800".
