Symptoms

When performing any Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tasks like Calculation, Translation, Opening Data Grids or Data Forms, that take more than 5 minutes the following error message appears:

Error : "A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)"

When this error occurs the current session will not respond. Users have to close the session and open a new session to navigate the application again.
