When a user logs in to the Oracle Applications Home Page of Oracle EBS and selects a responsibility, he should be redirected to the OBIEE 11g main page, but in our case, he is greeted by the BI login screen that asks him for a username/password.
OBIEE is somehow unable to use Oracle E-Business Suite security to authenticate a user. We have followed the Oracle document here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/bi.1111/e16364/ebs_actions.htm#CJADIFBA.
The last thing we tried was updating authenticationschemas.xml. We changed the cookie name and restarted the server, but it doesn't seem to have worked at all.
