DAC Server 11g not starting on Linux and UNIX for BI Applications 7.9.6.4 (Doc ID 1527092.1)

Symptoms

Installing DAC 11g standalone mode for OBIA 7.9.6.4, following method given in the document "Oracle® Business Intelligence Applications Installation Guide for Informatica PowerCenter Users"

Installed BI apps and DAC on a  windows box and copied the folder to Linux.

Although, after following the process given in the document, the following message is displayed when trying to start the DAC Server:

This is the error for ./startserver.sh

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/security/jps/JpsException
       at com.siebel.etl.net.QServer.main(QServer.java:498)
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.security.jps.JpsException

this is the error for ./startclient.sh
