OBIEE 11g: Error: "Log not Found" when you View Logs in Manage Sessions having Increased the Log Level

Symptoms

You have raised the log level in OBIEE 11g using LOGLEVEL increasing the value of the variable to 3. But when you click on View Logs in the manage sessions of the presentation server, you see the error message:
