Last Login Time Not Displayed in Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Console (Doc ID 1535736.1)

Symptoms

In EAS under Security -> Users -> Display User table, the Last login time is not displayed for the users.  The setting PERSISTUSERATLOGIN TRUE was added to the essbase.cfg file.
