Symptoms

Installed Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 11.1.2.2 (Foundation and R&A ONLY) in a distributed environment consisting of 2 machines.  All Web Apps are deployed to WebLogic on Machine A.  Only the R&A Framework and R&A Services are installed and configured on Machine B.  After configuration and startup you login to Workspace but do not have the explore option.  It looks as if there is no R&A even though the R&A product is enabled.
