The 'Explore' Button is Missing in EPM Workspace After Installation and Configuration of EPM 22.214.171.124 including R&A in a Distributed Environment

Installed Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 184.108.40.206 (Foundation and R&A ONLY) in a distributed environment consisting of 2 machines. All Web Apps are deployed to WebLogic on Machine A. Only the R&A Framework and R&A Services are installed and configured on Machine B. After configuration and startup you login to Workspace but do not have the explore option. It looks as if there is no R&A even though the R&A product is enabled.
