Symptoms

The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Configuration Tool does not display all products installed/configured/running on the machine. 

For example: the Configuration Tool only shows options for Foundation Services even though Reporting and Analysis (R&A) Framework, Financial Reporting, and several other products are installed and configured on the machine, with the services running on the  machine.
