OBIA - Can Not Start Informatica Services After IP Address Change on the Server machine (Doc ID 1541246.1)

Symptoms

Informatica 9.1 does not start after the hosting machines IP Address is changed.

The following error is seen in the catalina.out file :-

Starting Tomcat on HTTP port 6005.
