Task List Navigation Hangs If the Job Console is Opened in the Right Pane of the Planning Web (Doc ID 1542231.1)

Symptoms

When the Job Console screen is opened in the right pane, user is unable to navigate, open or close TaskLists in My Task List pane on the left. The screen is frozen.

This occurs with users provisioned with the "Planner" role, but does not occur with the users provisioned with the "Interactive user" role.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Create a task list, containing at least two sub tasks.
2. Assign this Task list to any of the planner: say Test1.
3. Login using planner.
4. Try expending task list, it will work.
5. Navigate go to job console.
6. Try expanding the task list again, the screen hangs.
