Property formula are not Saved to the Database Causing the Formula to Disappear or Revert Back to the Original Formula after a Restart of the DRM Services

After adding a long formula to a property, the formula will work as expected until the DRM services are restarted.
Once the services have restarted, the formula revert to the previous formula or a blank formula if no formula existed for that property.
