SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE error saving Agent (Doc ID 1544091.1)

Symptoms

Try to add a new e-mail address to an e-mail agent/iBot that runs a report and send it to e-mail. When trying to add another address is shows ssl handshake error and cannot add this address.
