Interactive Reporting Web Client Is Not Working For Non-Admin Users Using IE9 Windows 7 and Crashes When Opening BQY (Doc ID 1545647.1)

Opening an Interactive Reporting (IR) BQY document from Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Workspace using IR Web Client, it opens but stays empty and freezes.

When this occurs:

The issue occurs with a non-admin Windows 7 user however everything works for Windows7 Administrator user. It was seen within Microsoft Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 environment.
