HPCM Error:"ORA-00001: unique constraint (string.string) violated." when Importing Staging Tables (Doc ID 1546705.1)

Symptoms

When importing staging tables into HPCM the taskflow indicates that this was completed successfully. However nothing was uploaded to Drivers Selections and it returns errors in HPCM log:
