Details

 This note describes which customization are supported in OBIEE.

Actions

Any customizations you make that are documented, either in the documentation, or in an official white paper, are supported.  Any other changes are not supported and should be logged as an enhancement request.

The customizations are performed differently depending on the version which are using:

  1. For 11.1.1.3.x to 11.1.1.7.x

  2. For 11.1.1.9.x, see the instructions in the System Administrator's Guide.

It is strongly recommended that you take appropriate back-ups before attempting any custom changes.
Additionally, your changes could be overwritten by future patching.
