Symptoms
When working with a webform, with an attached rule with a Runtime Prompt (RTP) that prompts for selection, Smart View errors on selecting the member to be changed:
"XML Load Error: The following tags were not closed: res_enumMembers, substVars".
Even on running a BR from Smart View (not through webform) which has a Runtime prompt throws the above error on selecting the member to be changed.
