Symptoms

Agent Sessions are not getting released even though MAX_SESSION_LIMIT and Time Out have been set. Users are not able to login and agents are failing.

The following errors occur:

[NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the requested connection is refused.
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError: 43023] Number of sessions exceeded the limit. (08004)

and

Message:A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Inconsistent job ids...A catalog update has been
made without updating the scheduler tables. The Administrator should consider deleting the old scheduler job.
