Unable to Login to Essbase: "Error(1055126) This user has no application access set." (Doc ID 1551990.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Users are unable to login to Essbase.  To get around this error, Essbase needs to be restarted.  This issue happens intermittently. 

With Debug enabled, the following errors are logged:

Login fails due to invalid login credentials

Error 1051293 processing request [Login] - disconnecting
