DRM-GL Integration: Start Date / End Date Format Mismatch (Doc ID 1553525.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

When you run concurrent job program "Load Segment values and Hierarchies" from GL, DRM imports dates incorrectly.

For example, if the Start Date and End date in GL is '05 Jan 1951', DRM shows 01/05/1951, meaning 1 May 1951. With a date like 13/05/2013, which is invalid if interpreted as mm/dd/yyyy, the export fails and you get the error:

"DRM-23081: Export was unable to run due to the following error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. Couldn't store '5/13/2013' in START_DATE_ACTIVE Column. Expected type is DateTime."

You patched EBS R12.
