Running an Export Book Fails in the DRM Batch Client with 'The name supplied on the Book Name parameter (BookName) was not found using Standard object access privileges' (Doc ID 1553896.1)

Symptoms

When running a book of export via the DRM batch client an error like this is seen (where 'BookName' is the name of your book of exports):

dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss - *** Oracle DRM Batch Client starting ***
dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss - An error of type 'EInvalidParamError' occurred while running Export. Error message: The name supplied on the Book Name parameter (BookName) was not found using Standard object access privileges. Use the /objectaccess parameter to specify a different object access privilege.
dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss - => Error: Error during initialization: The name supplied on the Book Name parameter (BookName) was not found using Standard object access privileges. Use the /objectaccess parameter to specify a different object access privilege.
dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss - *** Oracle DRM Batch Client stopping ***
