Symptoms

Users are intermittently receiving the following error message while working with a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application:

Your session has failed due to a server-side error. Close your browser and log on to the application again.

Changes

 Tuning has been done to increase Workspace or HFM timeout settings.
