Smart View Error "Unable to connect to Provider" When Creating a Private Connection.

When creating a new Private Connection to Reporting and Analysis in SmartView, the following error message is displayed:

Unable to connect to Provider.

It is possible to create Shared Connections, but browsing tree is disabled. Connections to HFM provider can be created.
