DAC 11g Warnings and errors in Standalone Mode

Goal
When running DAC 11.1.1.6.4 on Linux, in standalone mode some warnings are shown:
1. When starting DAC . Following warning message is shown:
WARNING: Failed to validate the xml content. SchemaLocation: schemaLocation value = 'http://xmlns.oracle.com/oracleas/schema/11/jps-config-11_1.xsd' must have even number of URI's. Location: line 2 column 272.
2. When run standaloneServerSetupPrompt.sh, after DAC server has been correctly configured, following warning is shown:

SEVERE: Credentials don't exist: map=oracle.dac.mail key=userCredEnc.

WARNING: Couldn't read credentials from cwallet.sso file. This is a normal behaviour if DACServer hasn't been set up yet. Original cause: Credentials don't exist!
Make sure the properly configured cwallet file is used.
SEVERE: Credentials don't exist: map=oracle.dac.mail key=userCredEnc.

These warnings appear even after a successful setup of the DAC server and verification of connectivity to the server.
