Invalid Account ID When Creating Profiles In Reconciliation Manager

Error Invalid Account ID is shown when creating profiles in Reconciliation Manager in ARM. There is a "Valid" column that is showing all profiles as invalid. We have tried to complete all columns and fields and cannot see any specific error messages against any of the profiles. How do we see what the error is?
