OBIEE 11g: Error: 'Unable to Sign in. An Invalid User Name or Password was entered' after Integration with MS Active Directory

After the integration of Oracle Business Intelligence 11g with Microsoft Active Directory, some users are unable to connect while others can. In particular, some problems may arise with 'Administrator' account.
The following errors occur:
Unable to Sign In
An Invalid User Name or Password was entered
Logon failed due to: [nQSError:43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError:43126] Authentication failed: invalid user/password.
[nQSError:37001] Could not connect to the Oracle BI Server instance.
