Symptoms
Oracle EPMA Server service does not start. The Windows Event Viewer shows the below error:
[EPMA Server Startup] ERROR SVR_ERR_PROCESSMGR_CANT_INIT_SESSIONMGR:Cannot initialize the Session Manager.Hyperion.DimensionServer.Interface.Exceptions.EPMAServiceException: Cannot initialize the Session Manager. ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider.
