Symptoms

It is not possible to access Calculation Manager through EPM Workspace. The following error message is displayed when Calc Manager is accessed:

Default Process Error handler
An error occurred processing the result from the server.
URI: http://servername:19000/calcmgr/filterview.getChildren.do
Description: Syntax error -

Changes

Hyperion Planning has been upgraded to maintenance release 11.1.2.3 from 11.1.2.1. Subsequentely, Business Rules are being upgraded to Calculation Manager.
