OBIA 7964 Peoplesoft 9.1 BI Apps Workflow Tasks Marked As Failed; Running and Completing in Informatica But Being Marked as Failed in the DAC. (Doc ID 1571796.1)

Symptoms

We're running our execution plan to load the Data Warehouse using the PeopleSoft 9.1 container and are having issues with some of the tasks. They are running and completing in Informatica but being marked as failed in the DAC. There are a number of tasks like this that we need to mark as completed and restart the execution plan.

Here are the sections of the DAC log with the errors:

 

12292 SEVERE Mon Jul 08 13:39:37 EDT 2013 Request to start workflow : 'SDE_PSFT_91_Adaptor:SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num with the instance name SDE_PSFT_Reverse_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num_1' has completed with error code 0
12293 SEVERE Mon Jul 08 13:39:57 EDT 2013 Error while contacting Informatica server for getting workflow status for SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num with the instance name SDE_PSFT_Reverse_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num_1

11100 SEVERE Mon Jul 08 12:21:06 EDT 2013 Request to start workflow : 'SDE_PSFT_91_Adaptor:SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num with the instance name SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num_1' has completed with error code 0
11122 SEVERE Mon Jul 08 12:21:27 EDT 2013 Error while contacting Informatica server for getting workflow status for SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num with the instance name SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num_1
Error Code = 3:An error occurred in starting or running or stopping the workflow or task.
Pmcmd output :

11123 SEVERE Mon Jul 08 12:21:27 EDT 2013 Could not attach to workflow because of errorCode 3 For workflow SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num with the instance name SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num_1




There are a number of tasks all in the SDE_PSFT_Stage_Grp_Acct_Num type. Please advise how we can repair the communication between Informatica and DAC.
