You have upgraded OBIEE 10g to 11g. but you have to restart services every time ouy perform a security task like the below listed:
- When you create or modify a user's app role, you can only see the changes after re-starting the services in Enterprise Manager.
- If you add a new user in the Active Directory, you do not see the new user listed in the WebLogic Server Console security realms, unless you re-start services in Enterprise Manager.
Upgrade from OBIEE 10g to 11g.
