Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.2.350 version, Life Cycle Management

When selecting Application Groups in Shared Services for FCM or ARM, recieve the message (see in the GUI):

EPMLCM-30043: Unable to load plugin class oracle.apps.epm.fcc.lcm.common.FCMImportExportHandler

Changes

 The Weblogic Admin Server is on a different machine than the Foundation Server. NOTE, this is very specific to this environment
