Single Sign-on to Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) is not Working For Some Users

Group of AD users have been provisioned to have access to ARM. All of them could login to Workspace; howewver; single sign-on only worked for one user, and not for the others. They were unable to sign-in to ARM when prompted for an ID and password.
