Symptoms

Configuration of Reporting and Analysis in EPM System Configurator fails during deployment of Web Financial Reporting components to application server. The following error message can be found in configtool.log:

[SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.hit.tool.deploy.utils.TemplateUtil] trace: Unable to find template file for name 'Oracle EPM HFM Web libraries', null returned.
