Symptoms

You are validating your new installation of OBIA 7.9.6.4 HR Analytics with EBS R12.1.3.

You are having an issue with the Head Count matching your existing installation of OBIA 7.9.6.2 HR Analytics. Both installations are using the same data source (EBS R12.1.3). Both installations are also using the same Mapping files.
