You have OBIEE 11g.  Since adding ODSEE as an additional authentication source to the WebLogic LDAP, logging into OBIEE is very slow.  The Weblogic user which is a part of Default Authenticator is extremely slow in logging into all OBIEE components including Weblogic Console and Enterprise Manager. If you try to log in as a user which does not exist in either authentication source, then it takes a long time to fail.

If the user exists in ODSEE, then log in times are fine.

There were no problems with log in times before ODSEE was added.
