OPatch LsInventory Displays the Message "There are no Interim Patches Installed in this Oracle Home" Though There are Patches Installed (Doc ID 1576082.1)

Symptoms

In a EPM 11.1.2.2 installation, OPatch seems to be lost any information about all patches installed.

OPatch lsinventory returns:
Installed Top-level Products (1):
Oracle EPM System 11.1.2.2.0
There are 1 products installed in this Oracle Home.
There are no Interim patches installed in this Oracle Home.

In another server with same EPM components and same patches installed instead the previous command returns the list of all patches installed.
In both servers under E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\.patch_storage there are 4 GB of backup related to all patches installed.

Under E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\cfgtoollogs\opatch there are the output commands of any patch installed.

Changes

 The inventory folder was recreated and all patches installed lost from the Inventory folder.
