Symptoms

After installing Smart View you receive this error when opening Excel. 
Class not registered.  Looking for object with CLSID:{AC9F90-E877-11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F}; Unable to set the Installed property of the AddIn class

 

The CLSID in the first error is referring to “Microsoft Forms 2.1 FormPackage” at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\FM20.DLL.
