When Using The Add Asset Business Rule Depreciation Expense Is Not Fully Depreciating Through The Useful Life

Using the Capital Module in Planning, Accumulated Depreciation is not calculating correctly. When using the Add Asset business rule, depreciation expense is calculating, but it isn't fully depreciating through the useful life. It is leaving off two months of depreciation. Upon some troubleshooting, the Accumulated depreciation is adding an extra month of depreciation expense when it goes from one year to the next. With that, the full depreciation is being accounted for before the depreciation life is up, shorting the depreciation expense.
