Hyperion Services Start and Then Stop After Installing on Turkish Server (Doc ID 1581973.1)

Following the successful installation and configuration of the Hyperion EPM suite none of the services can be started. The following error taken from the HyS9FoundationServices-sysout.log can be seen in most of the log files:
