OBIA 11g - How to Modify the Values of Global Currency Code and Exchanged Rate Type? (Doc ID 1582321.1)

Goal

During the configuration of OBIA 11.1.1.7.1 using BI Application Configuration Manager and Functional Setup Manger, it is not possible to modify the Parameter Value for Global Currency Code (1-5) and Global Currency Exchange Rate Type (1-5).

It can be edited but no values will be listed in the Edit Dialog. Instead "No data to display"  will be shown in the the "Parameter Value" section in 11.1.1.8.1 or "No rows returned" in 11.1.1.7.1

How can you modify the values of Global Currency Code and Exchanged Rate Type?
