Symptoms

After upgrading from OBIEE 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.7.1, you receive a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error" when trying to change the login level for a user.

If you click on the view log link in Browser  Administration --> Manage sessions, it does not respond.
