Symptoms

After loading metadata in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application the following error message may appear in the logs:

Completed Metadata loads may not release application to further loads.

Summary: An unknown error has occurred in the HsvDSMetadata object.
Error: -2147212160   User:   Type: 0     DTime: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM    Svr: MyServer Application: MyApp
