FDMEE Export to HFM Returns Database Timeout in _HFM Log (Doc ID 1589048.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export from Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) the export fails with the following error:

Adapter created.
Adapter Initialized successfully.
Failed to connect to IC2014
ERROR [AIF]: The script has failed to execute:
FATAL [AIF]: Error in CommData.exportData
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 3947, in exportData
File "", line 467, in executeVBScript
RuntimeError: -5

The HFM Load error log (ApplicationRootFolder\Outbox\Logs) in the log <loadid>_hfm.log contains a database timeout error.
