LCM Connection Reset Error While Exporting Planning Application (Doc ID 1589427.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to export a Planning app with LCM,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Cannot connect to "<application_name>" - WebPlugin.getArtifactListing Ensure that the application is running. Nested exception is [MESSAGE - java.net.SocketException: Connection reset, LCM METHOD CALL - com.hyperion.lcm.product.manager.WebProductManager.executePostMethod(648), ROOT CAUSE - java.net.SocketInputStream.read(168)] .

Failed to connect to "http://<ohs_server_name>:19000/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing explore/listing of application - "<application_name>". Received status code - 500 with error message - "Cannot connect to "<application_name>" - WebPlugin.getArtifactListing Ensure that the application is running. Nested exception is [MESSAGE - java.net.SocketException: Connection reset, LCM METHOD CALL - com.hyperion.lcm.product.manager.WebProductManager.executePostMethod(648), ROOT CAUSE - java.net.SocketInputStream.read(168)] ."
