OBIEE 11g: Error: "Error 404--Not Found. From RFC 2068" When Trying to Access Analytics Page (Doc ID 1592123.1)

Symptoms

On OBIEE 11g,  when trying to access the OBIEE URL, for example: http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/analytics. Getting the following error:

Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer protocol --HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
