Symptoms

When you test DRM Web API service, calling getSysPref() from Enterprise Manager, it fails with the following error

The selected operation getSysPrefs could not be invoked.
An exception occured while invoking the webservice operation. Please see logs for more details.
Oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: InvalidSecurity: error in processing the WS-Security security header
