AVG And COUNT Aggregation Functions Are Not Aggregated When "All" Option Is Selected From Page Item (Doc ID 1599498.1)

Symptoms

Some of the aggregation functions calculations in 11.1.1.4 are not aggregated when "All" option is selected from the page items in either Discoverer Plus or Viewer.
The calculation are either COUNT function or AVG function.
The same report works fine in 10g version.
