Why Is the IsPrimary Property of the Descendents of a Shared Parent Set to True? (Doc ID 1599878.1)

Goal

When you export a shared node that is a parent from DRM to EPMA, it is correctly shown as being non-primary. But the implicit children have their IsPrimary property set to True. Why is this?
