Symptoms

 OBIEE 11g instances with Usage tracking enabled fails with error found in nqserver.log

[nQSError: 17011] SQL statement execution failed. [[
[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 12899, message: ORA-12899: value too large for column "<REPOSITORY_PREFIX>_BIPLATFORM"."S_NQ_ACCT"."QUERY_TEXT" (actual: 1025, maximum: 1024)

The issue occurs whenever the logical query of a report is too big
